1.Why is it possible to pay by Credit Card only ?

2.How do I know my order delivered ?
  Right Florist guarantees each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date . If by any reason the order cannot be delivered you will be contacted by our customer service as soon as possible. If you do not hear or read from us you may be assured your order got delivered . However, if you find that the order did not reach its delivery destination you may contact us at RightFlorist.com

3.When Can I get Personal Assistance.? .
  We are open 7 days a week and we are available 24 hours. Our customer service will assist you and help you by resolving all your queries.

4)What are the delivery Conditions for Hotel / Hospital deliveries ?
  Hotel Kindly enter the following details Full Name and Address of the Hotel ,. Telephone Number , Hotel Room Number & last but not the least the recipient's name. Hospitals Full Name & Address of the Hospital, Telephone Number of the Hospital ,. Ward Name / Number . Maiden Name of the recipient if the order goes to the maternity word .and last but not the least the full name of the recipient. Kindly note that some hospitals do not permit the flowers to be delivered . In this case you would be alerted by us.

5)How to place an order
  Ordering at Right Florist is easy . Just Follow these six simple steps :-
    i) Choose the country where your flowers are to delivered.
    ii) Choose your item from the selection of bouquets , arrangements , occasions etc.
    iii) Choose the price category & delivery date.
    iv) Enter the address of the recipient and don't forget your message.
    v) Enter Your Personal Information.
    vi) You will receive an order confirmation.

6) What if I do not receive an order confirmation Via Email ?
  You Will receive an order confirmation message via-email shortly after right florist.com receives your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the web due to traffic. If this happens , Please feel free to contact us at ��������� to ensure that your order is being Processed.

7) Can I change the delivery address?
  We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered. Or is not on its way to being delivered . To request a change to your order's delivery address , Please enter new address information �. Our online customer service Inquiry Form. Include this only of we have such a facility.

8) Can I change the date of my order's delivery ?
  If your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered , we will be happy to change its intended date.

11)Why is my basket empty ?
  If the products you select are not showing up in your basket, one of two things is probably happening. You may not be fully adding the product to your basket or your browser may not be set up to work properly with the basket. First, when you select a product , make sure you completely fill in the shipping information and click on either the " shop more" button or the " check out Now " button on the bottom of the page . This should add that product to your basket.
